We take special
care on our reservations, you can book
directly at our office or either through
e-mail or telephone.
Bookings may be done up to 12 months
before arrival, these bookings must be
reconfirmed up to 45 days before arrival
since we need the guest book done by
then.
We need a deposit as a guaranty for the
booking process, this guaranty will be
equivalent to 1 night stay and must be
done 45 days before arrival, the
remaining money for the total stay must
be paid 20 days before arrival, at this
time you may choose the type of room you
would like, these rooms may be:
-Single room: 1 unipersonal bed
-Doble room 2 unipersonal beds
-Matrimonial room 1 matrimonial bed
-Triple room 3 unipersonal beds
-Junior Suit 1 king size bed for a
couple
-Quadruple room 4 unipersonal beds
FAM Full american plan, includes
breakfast, lunch and dinner.
MAP Middle american plan, includes
breakfast and dinner.
AB American breakfast, includes natural
yogurt, eggs, marmalade, butter, bread,
tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate and
other herbal teas.
Bookings for pets: You must let
us know what the type of your pet is so
we can provide the right accommodation.
Cancelltion polocies.
-Cancellations up to 45 days before
arrival are free of charge and penalties.
-Cancellations within 4t5 days before
arrival will have 1 night stay penalty.
-Cancellations made 10 days before
arrival will be fully charged without
any refund right.
-However, our company will try to solve
every single case of cancedllation by
greater force, in order to do so we need
to study the case.
-Changes made to your booking will be
ruled by this policy.
